Past times purchasing I have loved these! This time .... not so much. Chews are melted, and squished in the wrapper, to the point that I could not get them out.

Prior batches of these have been wonderful but this latest purchase (6 bags), quality has definitely changed for the worse. They are no longer coated so stick horribly to packaging and you can hardly get one out.

Thanks for your feedback. We haven't changed the recipe or ingredients so it is possible these got warm during transit and that caused the stickiness. You can try putting them in the refrigerator to firm them up a bit and that should help.
