Shipping Information

We offer FREE domestic standard shipping on orders over $20!

For all orders less than $20, we use a weight-based shipping method. Each item is assigned a weight, so when you add all of your items to your cart, it has a total weight. The shipping method(s) available to you at checkout are based on the weight of your order.

Shipping Policy

All regular orders are shipped within 3 business days of payment confirmation. US orders can be expected to be delivered within 2-7 days after shipping. Please note: estimated delivery time is based from the day the order ships, not always the day it is placed. Please allow 3 business days for the tracking information to update before contacting us. The shipping method chosen at checkout does not take into account the standard 3 business day processing time. 

Orders are shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed and shipped on weekends or holidays. Unless otherwise notified, you can expect your package to arrive in the window of time indicated above. Any delays due to weather, holidays, or anything else are out of our control. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is in on the way!

Lost/Held/Stolen Packages 

Ownership of packages once turned over to USPS/UPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS/UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS/UPS.
