Got my 90 year old mother hooked on these, and then they go OUT OF STOCK...Same with the Tropical Hard Candies....They have been SOLD OUT FOREVER......What is the deal about and with this product and your company? You have us sign up to receive an email when they are in stock, but that is NOT TRUE and this email messaging system you have set up IS NOT WORKING....Every single solitary time I come to try to buy these candies, they are constantly not available...and are out of stock...I REALLY DON'T GET IT....And your customer service replies to emails sound like robots are responding...They give NO answers clear about WHY these are constantly not in stock....HEY---STOP advertising them if you do not have them anymore....ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED....You ask if we recommend this product...UMMM YES I DO WHEN IT IS AVAILABLE...but as for the company, itself NO, I do not recommend your company....

We sincerely apologize about the experience you have had with our Organic Hard Candies. That is certainly not the experience we'd like any of our customers to have.
To address some of your concerns, the product alert email service we use does have some glitches - sending out premature in stock alerts for one. We are aware and are working to resolve the issue.
We also certainly do not have robots answering our customer service inquiries. :)
We have been out of stock of most of our best sellers due to consumer demand. We are a small business and are working to keep up with the growth we are experiencing, which sometimes means delays in product restocks. We appreciate your patience as we adjust and grow to better serve our customers.
